N:One of the tunes from the extensive repertoire of flute player Larry McDonagh
N:(1911-1984) from Ballinafad, Co. Sligo, recorded from him by Paddy Ryan in September
N:1967. Larry and his brother, fiddle player Michael Joe (1904-1988) had a unique
N:style of playing which preceded the Coleman/Morrison era. They also had an extensive
N:repertoire of tunes. This tune is on Track 16 of a McDonagh Brothers CD issued by
N:CC\'E in 1999.
