N:Larry (1911-1984) played the flute and Michael Joe (1904-1988) played the fiddle. N:They had a very distinctive "old" style of playing which has now disappeared N:completely. They also had an extensive repertoire of tunes, mostly rare tunes, which N:they inherited from previous generations of musicians in the area.
