N:A distinctive setting from the Grier manuscript, noted form the playing of Enda and
N:Deirdre McNamara. A different setting can be found in O'Neill's Dance Music of
N:Ireland, no 549. It was recorded by the South Sligo fiddler, James Morrison
N:(1893-1947), in New York in August, 1935. The McNamara recordings are form the
N:McNamara family CD: - Leitrim's Hidden Treasure, issued in 1998. The tune is also
N:known as the "New Bridge of Edinburgh".
