- 1,000 open-reel 1/4" audio tapes, largely field recordings, with accompanying labels and notes, held at Cultúrlann na hÉireann. These tapes were collected during the tenure Séamus MacMathúna as the Timre Cheoil (Music Officer) of CCÉ. Many of these recordings were made by Séamus himself, while others were collected and donated to Comhaltas during this timer period.

Ward's Hornpipe is a J Scott Skinner tune, published in the book Harp and Claymore. This is a rather more florid setting which sounds like something Sean Maguire would have played.
